AIR OPERATED PINCH VALVES

Pinch Valves are a unique solution for controlling product flow and are particularly suited for isolating and regulating abrasive, corrosive and fibrous products such as granulates, powder, pellets, dust and liquids containing solids.

Air operated pinch valves are pressurised directly with compressed air, neutral gases or with the help of a fluid. The rubber sleeve inside the pinch valve is forced closed with the pressurized air, tightly shutting off flow. Aggressive and problematic media can be conveyed, controlled and sealed off reliably using these types of valves.

Body materials include Acetal, Aluminium & Stainless Steel with a range of sleeve materials including Natural Rubber, EPDM, FKM, Nitrile, Hypalon and Silicone.
